I am 5'1 and 104 pounds. Is this healthy?
if you lose 10 lbs, you will be underweight. I think you should just tone your body by running, but don't diet. Also, I think you can lose 4-6 lbs, but not 10! 10 lbs is too much. You are not fat AT ALL!
