50kg weights for a 15 year old male?

if you aren't injuring yourself from it and if you do the exercises with the right technique you will be fine. Just don't hurt yourself too much. Eat some tuna after workout and some other fish. thats great protein. What are you doing with 50kg? squatting or bench or bicep curls? for squats it is acceptable and also for curls. 50kg is not too much for a 15yr old. And at this age do more reps and a little less weight, work on power in later years
