Electric device radiation?

Hi, I'm hoping to get more info on the types of radiation released from various electrical devices used daily such as TV, Wi-fi, computers, cellphones, and dect cordless phones. Also, I've seen a bunch of chips/stickers sold to reduce the radiation. Is there any govt body or non-profit that independently tests these? Is there a one stop thing that one can where to reduce radiation? You help is appreciated.
